Heart to Heart Mentoring started with the understanding of the value in a vast and diverse support system. Success cannot be achieved without, not only the support of parents and teachers, but also that of siblings and/or friends. We understand that everybody a person encounters offers a unique perspective. At Heart to Heart, with all that we have already had the opportunity to experience, we aim to be sounding boards to the children, to give advice, to provide school help, to help hone in on interests and lead the children towards their goals, both long term and short.

Our doors are always open as we form positive, productive, and lasting relationships with students to help catapult them forward into success. Our mentors will be individually matched to provide mentees with the necessary friendship, guidance, and advice to create unique, positive experiences for each child involved.
