Our Mission
To empower children in their early adolescent years by offering educational and emotional support, exposure to various cultures and experiences, and overall positive guidance while forming lasting relationships with children involved. We aim to work with education providers and parents/guardians to learn how we can provide additional support and a diverse network of support because everyone knows that in order to raise a child “It takes a village”.
Our Vision
At Heart to Heart Mentoring we envision a strengthened community where every child experiences nurturing one-to-one relationships and support, which in turn allows them to achieve to their greatest potential, making informed, responsible decisions as productive members of the community.
